What's the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic gives you a directory listing with contact info and limited listings. Premium adds the Featured badge (you appear at the top of search results), unlimited listings, detailed analytics, and priority support.
Can I list apartments/housing with a Business account?
Yes! Business Basic includes 3 housing listings, and Business Premium includes unlimited housing listings. Perfect for property managers, TLA providers, and real estate agents.
How does billing work?
You can choose monthly (€19 or €39) or annual billing (€199 or €399 — save ~15%). Prices are net; German VAT (19%) is added at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
